The Company’s lead indication for 4D-150 is wet age-related macular degeneration and the second indication is diabetic macular edema, which are both in Phase 3 development. The Company’s second product candidate is 4D-710, which is the first known genetic medicine to demonstrate successful delivery and expression of the CFTR transgene in the lungs of people with cystic fibrosis after aerosol delivery.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Clinical Quality Assurance (CQA) will provide strategic and operational Quality Assurance leadership and oversight for multiple, registrational, global 4DMT-sponsored clinical trials, ensuring trials are executed in compliance with applicable international regulatory requirements for Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

This position reports to the Executive Director, Quality Assurance and is accountable for advancing the CQA mission, objectives, and strategic plan through proactive quality strategy, risk-based oversight, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement of clinical quality systems.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Physical Activity - Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. • Physical Requirements - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
• Working Conditions - The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).

Base salary compensation range: $245,000 - 286,000
