About the Role

Payment Integrity is one of the hottest, highest-stakes problems in healthcare—and you’ll be at the center of how Abacus solves it. We’re looking for a dynamic Growth Analytics Manager (Payment Integrity SME) who can turn dense, messy healthcare data into the kind of story that makes a prospect lean forward in a room. This isn’t a back-office analytics seat: you’ll be in front of clients, on stage in demos, and in the room when pricing and go-to-market decisions get made.

You’ll be the face of Payment Integrity at Abacus, with your expertise directly shaping how the market sees us and how deals get won. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and sales, with real visibility into revenue, pricing, and product decisions—and you’ll work across some of the most exciting frontiers in healthcare analytics, from payment integrity and value-based care to population health, risk adjustment, and HEDIS/Star ratings. It’s a chance to build something from the ground up in a high-growth, VC-backed company, alongside a close-knit, collaborative team that moves fast, values your voice, and genuinely likes working together. AI Use in Recruitment

We use AI-powered tools throughout our recruitment process. This includes Greenhouse's Real Talent Matching Technology, which helps prioritize applications based on job-related criteria, as well as additional AI tools used to support sourcing, interview preparation, and other recruiting tasks. We do not remove the human element—our recruiters and hiring teams review all applications and make all decisions related to candidate progression and hiring, regardless of which tools are used to support that process.
