Position Overview

Align is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support project teams delivering hyperscale data center white space fit-out projects. This role serves as a critical operational and administrative partner to project teams responsible for the interior construction and buildout of mission-critical data center environments, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, and HPC/AI cabling.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in supporting construction projects through documentation management, financial management, project controls, scheduling coordination, reporting, and construction management systems.

• This hybrid role will work approximately 2 days per week in our Dallas-Fort Worth office, with occasional travel to project sites depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Administration & Coordination

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Project Teams overseeing hyperscale data center fit-out projects.
• Assist with project setup, maintenance, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, action items, and project communications.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, schedules, and outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, procurement tracking, and cost reporting activities.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with client and company documentation standards.

Procore Administration & Project Controls

• Serve as the primary Procore administrator for assigned projects, including managing project financials, budgets, contracts, and reporting within Procore.
• Create and configure new projects within Procore.
• Manage user access, permissions, workflows, forms, and project templates.
• Support field teams with Procore troubleshooting, training, and best practices.
