As a Workplace Coordinator, you'll help make Amplitude's San Francisco headquarters a place where people want to work. You'll own the day-to-day operations of our office—from facilities and vendors to supplies, events, and employee experience—while partnering closely with People, IT, Finance, and our Security Coordinator. This is a hands-on role for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes ownership, and can move quickly when priorities change. - Partner cross-functionally on workplace projects, safety preparedness, office communications, and documentation while serving as a go-to resource for employee questions about the office and its amenities.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities, vendors, and last-minute requests without losing the details.
- You have a bias toward action and use good judgment to solve problems rather than waiting for someone else to tell you what to do.
- You communicate clearly and warmly with everyone from employees and executives to vendors and building partners. Leading with a hospitality white-glove service mindset.
