Job Title: Project Manager
Classification: Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Reports to: President
Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site. Percentage of travel, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies. This resource must be willing and able to travel as required by the customer project. This is generally negotiable, but not always, and could be as high as 75%.
Duties & Responsibilities
- A talented, energetic, and innovative candidate who can contribute to Oracle projects in an Agile environment.
- Prepare detailed project plans and execute projects within time, cost, and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery aligns with timeline, scope, and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage task dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.
- Produce and present weekly project status reports to stakeholders.
- Prioritize multiple projects during team planning meetings to optimize resource allocation.

- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

Position Type and expected hours of work
- Full time work during Apex IT business hours and, at times, outside of business hours, if required.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.
- At least 5 years of related experience required.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Scrum Master Certified
