About the Role

Click Therapeutics is hiring a Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This role will be an owner of commercial contracting for the company, managing the drafting, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of agreements from start to finish. The Corporate Counsel will also support the CLO in managing Click's privacy program, including HIPAA and other privacy compliance matters, and advise the business on emerging legal and regulatory questions around AI. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney ready to take on broad in-house responsibility, who works well independently and is excited to build something rather than just maintain it.

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and consulting agreements, and BAAs.
• Serve as the legal team's primary point of contact for commercial contract questions across Operations, IT, BD, and other business teams.
• Build and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and approval guardrails to standardize terms and speed up turnaround time on recurring agreement types.
