CompuNet is seeking a Business Analyst, Finance to support the Finance organization through process improvement, business system enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives.

This role works closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, improve workflows, and support the successful implementation of business solutions. The Business Analyst coordinates across Finance, operational teams, technology teams, and external consultants or systems integrators to ensure business needs are clearly understood and solutions support the way the organization operates.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, experience contributing to ERP or business application initiatives, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex work. They are comfortable using business applications, validating changes, troubleshooting issues, and helping users adopt new processes and capabilities.

This is a business-facing role focused on process improvement, coordination, and solution delivery. It is not a software development, infrastructure, or technical system administration position. External consultants and systems integrators manage most of the technical work associated with Oracle, while this role represents the business needs of Finance and helps ensure changes are understood, tested, and adopted.
