About the Role

CoreWeave is building AI infrastructure at an extraordinary scale. We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to define and lead how maintenance and operational changes are planned, coordinated, and delivered across our infrastructure. You will establish the operating model, decision frameworks, and execution standards that help teams complete changes safely, effectively, and on time while protecting service reliability and customer commitments.

You will build practical change-management processes that support reliable execution, customer readiness, and appropriate operational controls. This role requires someone who can turn ambiguous, multi-organization problems into clear direction and mechanisms that teams adopt. You will shape priorities and technical sequencing with engineering leaders, lead complex programs directly, and improve how the organization manages change beyond any single project.

The Technical Program Manager will

  • Define and drive adoption of a shared operating model for infrastructure maintenance and change management, including intake, risk classification, ownership, readiness reviews, approvals, escalation, and closeout.
  • Lead maintenance programs across facilities, site operations, infrastructure services, and customer support teams; from advance notification and planning through execution, validation, and closeout.
  • Establish intake and notification processes with colocation providers, on-site vendors, and internal teams to capture upcoming maintenance, expected impacts, and changes to scope or timing.
  • Maintain an integrated maintenance calendar with clear scope, schedules, dependencies, accountable owners, and completion criteria.
  • Coordinate maintenance windows and work sequencing across teams and sites, resolving conflicts and avoiding concurrent activities that compromise redundancy or recovery options.
  • Establish readiness criteria covering execution procedures, staffing, spare equipment, customer impact, rollback or recovery plans, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Define and use metrics for notification lead time, readiness, schedule adherence, overdue maintenance, maintenance-related disruptions, and corrective action closure.
  • Identify recurring gaps and translate maintenance outcomes into prioritized improvements for tooling, automation, and operational processes across CoreWeave teams and partners.
