Location - This is a hybrid role based out of our Elmhurst office

About the role

The ERP Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain leads the strategic delivery, continuous optimization, and support of the enterprise D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management(F&O) ecosystem and integrated solutions, managing a cross-functional team of analysts and developers to translate complex business needs into scalable technology platforms.

Responsible for directing the technology strategy, system configuration, and software delivery lifecycles across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with ownership spanning advanced warehousing, D2C small parcel shipping, production, and integrated financial workflows across all corporate and operational facilities. This role is accountable for maximizing core platform capabilities, overseeing technical integrations, managing strategic ISV and third-party vendor relationships, and ensuring robust system governance through role-based security and test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team comprised of Business Analysts, Integration Analysts, and Developers to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Direct the functional roadmap, configuration, and optimization of D365 F&O across Advanced Warehousing (including wave processing, containerization, and small parcel shipping), Production Control, and core Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets).
• Manage strategic relationships, SLAs, and deliverables with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), systems integrators, and technology service partners.
