Summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an attorney with experience in contracts, insurance, and litigation to serve as a Senior Client Executive on our team of Property & Casualty brokers in Birmingham, Alabama. Position Overview

In your role as Senior Client Executive, you will use your legal background to assist our specialty construction contractor clients with contractual risk management, claims administration, coverage advocacy, and P&C insurance program design and stewardship. As a member of our Birmingham-based Specialty Construction Practice leadership team, you will serve as an expert resource to internal EPIC team and clients on complex service issues, coverage concerns, and program design.

LOCATION: HYBRID - Role will be fully in-office during training & onboarding, then can work 2 days per week from home / 3 days in our Birmingham, AL office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Review and analyze construction-related client contracts to identify contractual risk exposures and provide practical advice to clients/prospective clients regarding the impact of insurance coverage on contractual risk and vice-versa
