FanDuel is seeking a Product Advisory Manager to join the Legal & Compliance team and support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of FanDuel's regulatory compliance framework across its products and jurisdictions.

In this role, you will have primary responsibility for key regulatory documentation, including Internal Controls, Terms & Conditions, and House Rules, while partnering across the business to ensure documentation remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with evolving regulatory and product requirements. You will also serve as a key point of contact for gaming regulators, managing regulatory communications, submissions, approvals, and inquiries related to FanDuel's products and operations.

The Product Advisory Manager will play an important role in identifying and implementing process enhancements across the regulatory lifecycle, leveraging technology, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Trading, Operations, and other business teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions that support FanDuel's continued growth.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

• Own the development, maintenance, and review of key regulatory documentation, including Internal Controls, Terms & Conditions, House Rules, and related materials across FanDuel jurisdictions and products.
• Manage the regulatory documentation lifecycle, from drafting and internal review through regulatory submission, approval, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Serve as a key liaison with gaming regulators, managing communications, inquiries, submissions, and approvals related to regulatory documentation and product initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Trading, and Operations to assess regulatory requirements and develop practical, compliant solutions that support business initiatives.
• Identify and implement process enhancements, including automation and AI-enabled solutions, to improve the efficiency, accuracy, consistency, and scalability of regulatory operations.
• Monitor regulatory and business changes, proactively identify compliance risks, and ensure documentation, processes, and controls remain aligned with applicable requirements.

The applicable salary range for this position is $ 102,000.00 - $127,000.00 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
