ROLE OVERVIEW

The Strategy & Operations team tackles the biggest issues facing the business, supports executive decision-making, and runs the operating processes that keep Fashion Nova scaling. This role extends that mandate to our Distribution Center.

As Manager, Strategy & Operations – Fulfillment, you will lead the portfolio of strategic initiatives at our DC — from labor and inventory optimization to robotics, systems, and the design of future fulfillment sites. This is a builder's role. You will start hands-on, driving initiatives end-to-end, and grow into building and leading a team as the function scales. You will bring rigor and structure to ambiguous, high-stakes problems, and you will be measured on the outcomes you deliver
