What You’ll Bring to the Team

We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to define and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient technical solutions across Florence’s multi-tenant, multi-region platform, spanning enterprise applications, platform services, data ecosystem, integrations, and AI capabilities.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on translating complex business and product requirements into practical, reusable architectures. You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, Platform, Data, AI, and customer-facing teams to ensure solutions meet immediate business needs while supporting long-term product and technology strategy.

You will influence technical direction across teams, guide critical architecture decisions, and help Florence build a modern, scalable, and increasingly AI-enabled platform.

You Will

Solution & Platform Architecture

• Design end-to-end solutions across Florence products, platform services, integrations, data systems, and AI capabilities, translating complex business and customer requirements into scalable architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Define reusable patterns for APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native services that reduce duplication and customer-specific implementations.
• Evaluate trade-offs across scalability, performance, security, reliability, cost, and time to market.
• Simplify systems, reduce technical debt, and improve maintainability across the platform.
• Partner with engineering teams on the design and implementation of complex solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify systems, reduce technical debt, and improve platform scalability and maintainability.
• Promote consistent engineering standards, reusable components, and clear architectural documentation.

Data, Integrations & AI

• Design architectures that connect applications, enterprise systems, data platforms, and third-party services.
• Partner with Data Engineering to support data integration, master data management, data quality, governance, and real-time data flows.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation into products and enterprise workflows.
