HIKE2 is looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to help us build the next generation of our marketing and growth engine. We are looking for a candidate located in Pittsburgh, PA Denver CO or Columbus, OH.

This is a strategic and highly hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn market opportunities, thought leadership, partnerships, and great ideas into integrated campaigns that create engagement, generate demand, and contribute to pipeline.
You will work across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and our industry and solution leaders to develop campaigns that reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time. You will also help us embrace new ways of working, using AI, agents, automation, and personalization to dramatically increase the reach and effectiveness of a lean marketing team.
This is not a role for someone who only develops the strategy and hands it off. We are looking for a builder and executor who is comfortable moving from campaign strategy to content development to activation to analyzing results.
