Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer I on our Enterprise design team, you lead the design direction for key product initiatives, with a focus on our enterprise and franchise partners. You bring together creative expertise, user-centered thinking, and a working knowledge of AI capabilities to deliver elegant, scalable, and accessible experiences. You collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products align with user needs and business goals, and you actively contribute to evolving our design system, processes, and culture.

You are highly skilled at customer research, navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You build strong partnerships across product, engineering, and research, and you know how to use AI thoughtfully: to accelerate your practice, sharpen your output, and ship better experiences for users who depend on them.

Enterprise at Housecall Pro means designing for franchise and multi-location brands, from the parent organization down to the pros in each location. You’ll work in a fast-moving, AI-accelerated development cycle alongside larger engineering squads.

What you do each day

• Design scalable solutions for enterprise and franchise customers while partnering with domain squads (estimates, scheduling, payments) to align enterprise needs with core product direction
• Translate product strategy into elegant, user-centered design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, an
