Hypori, Inc. is a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company transforming how organizations think about secure mobility. Our virtual workspace platform enables users to access enterprise apps an d d ata from a ny mobile device—with zero data on the endpoint and total personal privacy. Backed by $55M in funding from investors including UBS, AE Industrial Partners, Hale Capital Partners, and GreatPoint Ventures, Hypori is expanding into new commercial and regulated markets. Hypori is looking for a hands-on, product-minded Senior Software Engineer to join the team that owns web application development. You will lead front-end architecture and implementation for the Hypori Console, the React and TypeScript application, backed by Java and Go microservices, that our internal administrators and our customers’ group and tenant managers use to run the Hypori platform. You will be the person the team looks to for front-end judgment, while staying fluent enough in the services, data model, and deployment pipelines to deliver features end to end.

The Hypori Console is the front door to Hypori for every administrator, and it has to scale to deployments spanning hundreds of thousands of users and virtual workspaces. User experience is part of this role, not a separate team, so you will work directly with product managers and Console users on interface design and turn prototypes into production UI. Doing that well takes a strong understanding of the platform and real empathy for the people who use it every day.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the end-to-end user experience of the Hypori Console: gather stakeholder feedback, define interaction patterns and information architecture, and turn complex administrative workflows into clear, efficient interfaces, partnering with Product Management on priorities and direction
  • Lead the Console’s front-end architecture, including component structure, state management, routing, and build and test tooling, and maintain a shared component library and conventions that let other engineers contribute confidently
  • Deliver and troubleshoot features end to end, from the UI through the REST APIs and backend services behind them, in a microservices architecture deployed on Kubernetes
  • Integrate the Console with enterprise identity providers and Hypori’s authorization model, including single sign-on, session handling, and role-based access control
  • Build accessible interfaces that meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.x AA expectations
  • Partner with QA to establish and maintain front-end test coverage (unit, component, and end-to-end) integrated into CI/CD pipelines
  • Serve as Hypori’s subject matter expert on front-end engineering: mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and influence technical decisions by clearly explaining tradeoffs
  • Use provided AI tooling responsibly to accelerate engineering work and improve product quality
  • Protect intellectual property, user data, and system integrity by adherin

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience building interfaces for security, identity, or infrastructure management products, especially for operators and administrators, where density, auditability, and error prevention matter more than visual novelty
  • Familiarity with enterprise component libraries and design system practices
  • Experience with front-end observability, such as error tracking, usage monitoring, and performance budgets
