Position Summary

IDB Bank is seeking a Specialty Deposit Product Manager with exposure to deposit products, fiduciary, escrow solutions, and treasury-related banking services. The Specialty Deposit Product Manager serves as a support function to the Senior Vice President (SVP), Head of Specialty Deposits, assisting with the day-to-day management and coordination of specialized deposit solutions. The role provides product training, reporting, administrative, and execution support across key offerings including IOLTA/IOLA accounts, Deposit Account Control Agreements (DACA), 1031 Exchange solutions, Surety Bonds, and reciprocal products. This position helps support the Bank’s specialty deposit activities, product governance processes, and deposit growth efforts. The position works closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Treasury Management, Risk, Technology, and Data teams to help coordinate day-to-day product support, assist with team priorities, and contribute to consistent and well-managed product execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities include the following

• Act as the niche business owner for complex fiduciary accounts, focusing heavily on regulatory compliance governed by strict frameworks
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of specialty deposit products and services, including formulating business cases, submitting value propositions and ongoing optimization to committee stakeholders
• Act as the business owner of these specialty deposit portfolios, managing strategy, profitability, pricing and compliance to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Research and propose feature and functionality enhancements with the intent to modernize and enhance products and services
• Partner with business line leaders and marketing partners to design promotional campaigns and sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure product features, disclosures and rate changes comply with banking regulations and monitor state by state rules on IOLA/IOLTA, Reciprocal, Fiduciary and escrow type accounts
