ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be much more than an office administrator.

You are the dedicated, trusted on-site operations and hospitality leader for a single, major client: a fast-growing global digital bank. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll own the full employee experience for their office. You'll serve as the connective tissue between the physical workplace, the client's culture, and the people who bring it to life every day.

THIS IS A 10-MONTH FIXED-TERM ROLE, SALARIED AND FULL-TIME WITH FULL INDUSTRIOUS BENEFITS. SAN FRANCISCO IS A BUSY, GROWING MARKET FOR US, SO WE ANTICIPATE OPPORTUNITIES TO MOVE INTO A PERMANENT ROLE WITH INDUSTRIOUS AT THE END OF THE TERM, SUBJECT TO PERFORMANCE AND AVAILABLE ROLES.

ABOUT THIS OFFICE

Our client's team brings together engineering, technical and cross-functional teams, with senior executives on site every day. The office runs on a hybrid rhythm: some days are busy with onboarding sessions, visiting teams and executive visits, others are quieter. The energy is balanced, a mix of heads-down work and collaboration. The team works on Slack and values quick, clear replies during the day.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The base salary for this role is $85,000 depending on experience, skills, and role alignment.

This role is also eligible for a $5,000 bonus on completion of the 10 month fixed term.
