About the role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for Applied AI and Machine Learning — a hands-on, deeply technical product leader who will own the AI/ML product roadmap for our Operator Suite and define, prototype, and evaluate the models behind it. This is a hybrid role that combines senior product ownership with individual-contributor depth across forecasting, dynamic pricing, route and operational optimization, real-time decisioning, and modern LLM-based applications.
Our Operator Suite is the operational command center that venue teams use to plan events, price and distribute parking, run event-day operations, and analyze performance. It sits within a broader B2B product line that also includes on-site point-of-sale and access-validation technology and a presell and distribution product for parking passes — all reporting into the Senior Director of Product. This role owns the Operator Suite specifically, and leads the AI/ML work that turns a decade of proprietary venue and event data into commercial value.

Part 1 — Lead Product Manager, Operator Suite. Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Operator Suite — the operator-facing component of our market-leading B2B product line for venue operators, destinations, and parking partners.

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, the live-events and parking industry, the competitive landscape, and JustPark’s commercial priorities to inform product strategy.
• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the Operator Suite, sequenced against measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to run discovery, define product requirements, and lead execution from concept through launch, adoption, and scale.
• Define the input and output KPIs that determine success for the Suite, and hold the cross-functional team accountable to hitting them.

• Working fluency with the modern ML stack: Python, SQL, Jupyter, common ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch or equivalent), experiment tracking (Weights & Biases, MLflow), and at least one major cloud ML platform.
• Strong grasp of experimentation and causal inference — A/B, switchback, and synthetic-control designs, and the ability to detect and correct for confounds in observational data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Strongly Preferred

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or Operations Research.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML/DS, shipping demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, route or operational optimization, marketplace ranking, or real-time decisioning products at scale — for example Google Maps, Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, Instacart, or comparable operators.
• Track record of evolving a product from applied LLM and third-party model integration through to proprietary in-house models, with a clear ROI case for each transition.
