🚀 THE OPPORTUNITY

Legion is hiring a Provider Partnership Manager to build and own the referral relationships that connect providers to Legion's psychiatric care. This is a ground-floor, quota-carrying role on a brand-new team: you'll be one of Legion's first dedicated field sales hires, which means you'll help define the playbook, not just run it.

Highly organized and analytical, comfortable owning a number and reasoning from your own pipeline data.

• Strong written and verbal communication, with the polish to represent Legion well externally.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tooling.
• Existing relationships with provider referral networks are a plus, but not required.

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Comp: OTE range of $120,000 to $180,000 depending on experience. Competitive base + uncapped, performance-based variable commission tied to your number, plus meaningful early-stage equity
