At Logos Space, we are launching a purpose-built Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system to fill a critical gap in global connectivity. We’re not just building infrastructure; we’re engineering a foundation of unprecedented speed, resilience, and reliability to extend cloud networks to the most remote corners of the earth - whether by land, sea, or air. POSITION SUMMARY
As the first legal hire at Logos Space, you will bridge the gap between ambitious aerospace innovation and sound, forward-thinking legal strategy. You will wear many hats, serving as the foundational pillar for all things legal while acting as a strategic business partner. Our Legal function is directly responsible for safeguarding and accelerating our network deployment through complex transactional drafting, sophisticated corporate structuring, and navigating advanced regulatory landscapes.
From day one, you will have a seat at the table - partnering hand-in-hand with our VP of Corporate Development & Operations and Head of Business Development to architect and negotiate highly complex, first-of-its-kind commercial agreements and strategic partnerships. Furthermore, you will serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, managing the legal strategy for large-scale institutional fundraising and corporate financing rounds by effectively leveraging and partnering with our expert outside counsel. You will drive legal solutions from the initial whiteboard sketch to final execution, establishing the blueprint for our legal operations as we scale.

- Problem-Solving Passion: You don't just spot risks - you actively collaborate with engineering and business teams to solve the hardest legal, commercial, and financial puzzles in the space industry.
