We’re looking for a Patient Referral Coordinator who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day.

Why This Role Matters

The Patient Referral Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring patients are ready for care — clinically, administratively, and financially — before services begin. • Collaborate closely with referral sources, hospital liaisons, pharmacy, nursing, billing, and branch teams to support seamless care delivery
  • Communicate coverage details and financial obligations clearly to patients or their representatives, ensuring understanding and agreement prior to service
  • Maintain accurate patient records, referral logs, and authorization tracking to support timely billing and reduce delays in reimbursement
  • Identify opportunities to improve intake and referral workflows while maintaining high standards of service and compliance
  • Bring reliability, follow‑through, and thoughtful problem‑solving to your daily work
