About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Contract Senior Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with a focus on high-velocity, non-technical hiring. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to move searches forward efficiently, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a great candidate experience. You’ll also take on more complex searches as needed, using hands-on, creative sourcing strategies to find talent in competitive or hard-to-reach markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across functions such as Finance, Growth, Sales, and G&A managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, align on role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates efficiently, while conducting deeper, targeted sourcing for specialized or hard-to-fill roles as needed.
• Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interviews, feedback, and offer processes to keep searches moving and hiring teams aligned.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, thoughtful engagement, and a smooth, transparent hiring process.
