About Midi Health
At Midi Health, we are redefining healthcare for women in midlife. Our virtual care model connects patients with specialized clinicians, and our growth depends on a legal foundation that is organized, accurate, and built to scale.

The ideal candidate is a detail-driven, proactive paralegal who brings structure to recurring deadlines, owns their work from intake to completion, and knows when to escalate to an attorney. This role works closely with the legal team, Finance, People, Clinical Operations, outside counsel, and service providers.

- Respond to employee equity questions and escalate tax, securities, or plan interpretation questions to the appropriate attorney or advisor.
- Support financings, secondary transactions, and other corporate matters by managing diligence requests, data rooms, signature packets, and closing documents.

Coordinate franchise tax payments, filing fees, and registered agent invoices with Finance.
Help manage outside counsel and legal vendor invoices, budget tracking, and spend reporting.
Support audit requests, including legal confirmations, equity reconciliations, and corporate documentation.
Track and document intercompany agreements and payments between Midi and its affiliated professional entities, in coordination with Finance and Legal.
