A late-stage, venture-backed enterprise AI company needs a PM who works in the field. You own the outcome for each customer's AI deployment, from scoping before the deal closes to tuning after launch.
What you'll do
- Own customer outcomes and the metrics that prove them
- Run deployments end to end with forward deployed engineers
- Design, test and refine AI agents with the team
- Be the main customer contact and run working sessions
- Improve the playbook every deployment follows
What you bring
- 5+ years, including complex customer deployments
- Comfortable owning senior stakeholders
- Technical, systems-level thinking, with hands-on agent building (side projects count)
- Bias to action in unclear situations
- Travel about 10 to 15%
Nice to have: product, conversation design or forward deployed engineering background; time at a high-growth SaaS company
