Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day dealership operations across sales, service, customer relations, and financial performance
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that achieve business goals
Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency through disciplined performance management
Monitor budgets, sales targets, and key dealership performance metrics
Maintain customer experience standards consistent with INFINITI and Motor Werks
Represent the dealership in the Barrington community and build strong local partnerships
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a high-volume luxury automotive dealership
Strong business acumen with expertise in financial analysis, sales strategy, and operational management
Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and consistently achieve or exceed goals
Customer-focused leadership style with a commitment to exceptional service
INFINITI or Nissan experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
