At Nox Group, we are dedicated to humanizing construction as one of the fastest-growing industrial enterprises in the US. Nox Group owns and operates Corbins, RMCI, Nox Innovations, and Construction Labels, and our teams set the standard as industry leaders. As we continue to expand our reach nationwide, we seek people who are passionate about personal growth and eager to make a positive impact throughout the industries and communities we serve. We prioritize our people, our partners, and our relationships. Start your journey today and join our skilled team.

RMCI, our self-perform general contractor, is seeking a Startup & Commissioning Manager to own the path from mechanical completion to a safe, successful turnover. You will lead startup and commissioning across some of the largest and most complex facilities being built today: hyperscale and colocation data centers, semiconductor facilities, and water/wastewater treatment plants. These are environments where systems must perform from day one and downtime is not an option. This is a high-visibility leadership role with a direct line to project executives and clients. You will shape how RMCI approaches commissioning, build and mentor a team of startup and commissioning professionals, and bring the technical discipline, schedule awareness, and safety-first mindset that sets us apart. If you take pride in being the person who proves it works, and in doing it safely, we would like to talk with you.

  • Join a people-first leadership team that values safety, collaboration, and personal growth.

  • Leads the overall safety, quality, schedule, staffing, material control, and field-based procurement for the startup and commissioning process, including temporary power, load banks, test equipment, and specialty vendor/OEM services.
  • Plans, implements, and directs pre-commissioning testing programs and startup procedures, including development and execution of the Commissioning Plan, prefunctional checklists, test scripts, and energization and turnover procedures.
