About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven Senior Event Manager to join Ondo Finance. This role will partner closely with the Marketing Events Lead to support the delivery of Ondo’s global event strategy, with big emphasis on APAC.

Reporting to the Marketing Events Lead, this role will play a key part in executing Ondo’s global event strategy, managing internal offsites and supporting high-impact external events, including industry conferences, partner activations, executive gatherings, and institutional events.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple event workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, vendors, and deliverables are organized and on track. We're looking for someone who can operate independently, anticipate needs, proactively communicate updates, and take full ownership of assigned projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys building scalable processes that improve how events are planned and executed.

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of internal offsites including leadership, team, and company-wide, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Manage assigned external event workstreams, including industry conferences, sponsorships, partner activations, VIP receptions, and institutional gatherings

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, timely updates and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines, following through on commitments, and maintaining accurate project documentation
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and event/project management tools
• Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve operational efficiency
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support onsite event execution
• Based in APAC time zone

Nice to haves

• Experience producing executive-level, institutional, or high-touch VIP events
• Experience in TradFi, fintech, crypto, or DeFi
• Experience managing global events across APAC, North America, EMEA, and LATAM
• Experience working with external production agencies and managing complex vendor relationships
• Familiarity with event registration platforms, CRM systems, and event marketing tools
