About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Demand Generation to own the global demand generation function for Pacvue's enterprise business, reporting into our SVP of Marketing. This role owns the demand engine end-to-end, the pipeline, the program budget, and distinct growth channels: paid media, lifecycle marketing and integrated campaigns, industry demand generation partnerships, and our paid referral program.

You will decide where our demand dollars go, set the campaign and lifecycle strategy that carries prospects from first touch to closed-won, and personally build the partner and referral relationships that put Pacvue in front of buyers we cannot reach on our own.

- Set and own the global demand generation strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting against pipeline and revenue targets
- Establish the methodology the demand function runs on globally; campaign frameworks, performance standards, channel playbooks, and measurement
- Partner with regional marketing leaders, including the Director of EMEA Marketing, so global campaigns land with regional market fit and sales alignment.
- Own paid strategy across search, social, display, and content syndication, with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn as core channels, holding the team to targets for CPL, cost per opportunity, and ROAS on pipeline
- Own the lifecycle strategy across email, nurture, and in-product touchpoints, building segmented progra

- Experience working in matrix organizations and driving alignment with regional counterparts you do not directly manage
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing (SaaS, eCommerce, retail media, or commerce advertising preferred); experience in a scale-up environment
