ABOUT THE ROLE

Retell AI transforms customer experience with voice AI for enterprises, including customers like CVS/Aetna, American Airlines, Lenovo, and Grab. We have more customer stories than we can tell!

We're looking for a Senior IT Manager to help build and scale our internal IT operations.

You'll own day-to-day IT support while improving security, onboarding, hardware management, SaaS administration, and internal automation.

This is a highly hands-on role working directly with employees across Engineering, GTM, Product, and Operations. You'll be responsible for making sure every employee has the tools, access, and support they need to move quickly.

This is our first IT internal hire with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on one of the fastest-growing AI companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT SUPPORT

• Own employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Configure laptops and workstations.

JOB DETAILS

Location: Redwood City, California (Relocation support provided)

US Visas: Retell AI is open to sponsoring work authorization for qualified candidates, including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, and F-1 (OPT/CPT).

COMPENSATION

Our compensation ranges reflect different scopes of responsibility and cash/equity options. Your offer will depend on the skills and impact you demonstrate during interviews, the scope of the role, and your preferred cash/equity balance.

Annual base salary ranges

• Senior: $180,000–$220,000
• Staff: $200,000–$260,000
• Principal: $220,000–$300,000
