As a Field Services Enablement Specialist, Technical Consulting at Ridgeline, you will serve as the subject matter expert for technical implementation methodologies and integration best practices across our services organization. You will bridge Product and Consulting by guiding implementation teams, enabling consulting partners, and developing scalable frameworks that drive consistent, high-quality technical implementations. Your work will directly influence how customers integrate with Ridgeline's platform, helping accelerate partner readiness, standardize delivery, and improve implementation quality across a growing ecosystem of consulting partners. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies—including AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Glean—to improve documentation, training, implementation methodology, and operational efficiency across our services organization.

The impact you will have

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Ridgeline's technical implementation methodology, including API integrations, ETL workflows, data migrations, and system-to-system connectivity
• Partner closely with Product Management to translate new product capabilities and customer feedback into scalable implementation standards and best practices
• Define, document, and continuously improve standardized implementation methodologies for technical integration workstreams across customer engagements
• Build and maintain a delivery assurance framework that ensures partner-led implementations consistently meet Ridgeline's quality standards
• Enable and support third-party consulting partners through onboarding, training, office hours, documentation, and structured shadowing opportunities
• Develop and own technical learning paths and curriculum for Ridgeline Academy, preparing internal consultants and partner consultants to independently lead customer implementations

Compensation and Benefits

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including, the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.

The typical starting salary range for this role is: $143,000 - $179,000 OTE.

The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is: $158,000 - $197,000 OTE.

Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
