Hiring Manager: Aliza Edelstein https://www.linkedin.com/in/alizaedelstein/, VP Product Marketing & Brand

About the role

As our Founding Customer Marketing and Advocacy Director, you'll build the content engine that makes Scribe the go-to authority for the C-suite and VP-level leaders navigating how work gets done in an AI-forward world. That starts with a deep, intuitive understanding of who they are — then deciding where and how to reach them. Through social, content, webinars, newsletters, or whatever format earns their trust and attention most, you'll make sure enterprise buyers across every industry know Scribe, trust Scribe, and want Scribe at their org.

And you won't just create content for and about enterprise buyers — you'll know them. You'll go deep with the people who matter most — through Customer Advisory Board programs that you’ll develop, webinars, and direct relationships — and turn those connections into content that earns trust at scale.

You'll be working alongside world-class acquisition, demand generation, product marketing, and Sales/CS teams and you'll have the creative latitude to build an enterprise content engine that looks nothing like the B2B category standard.

You could be a great fit if

  • You have a podcast mic on your desk and an opinion about the gain settings.
  • Your face lights up when you talk about the Customer Advisory Boards you’ve run, and you’re proud of the revenue they influenced.
  • You've built top-of-funnel programs for enterprise audiences and have a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline that closes.
  • You're internet-native and you understand how content actually travels: what makes someone screenshot something and send it to a colleague, what gets reshared, what dies in the feed. You know why things spread and you engineer for it.
  • You look at the B2B content landscape and see a wide open opportunity for Scribe. You have a vision for what world class enterprise content could be and the commercial instinct to make sure it earns trust, builds conviction, and makes enterprise buyers want Scribe at their org.

If you read any of those ☝️ and said "that's me", we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll do

  • Be the voice of the enterprise customer — develop deep familiarity with how enterprise buyers think, what they

al relationships with enterprise leaders.

Why you'll love working here

  • The reach of a unicorn, the headcount of a startup. We went from $1M to $100M ARR in under four years, with fewer than 200 people. That means more pie than people: scope grows with your impact. Customers like T-Mobile, LinkedIn, HubSpot, New York Life and Northern Trust run on Scribe, so what you own reaches some of the biggest names in business.
  • Hard problems, real impact. Capturing how work actually gets done, at scale, is the foundation AI needs, and it's hard to get right. You'll build the layer other products and agents run on, in a category we're still defining.
  • Smart is the floor. Kind is the bar. Low ego, high standards. We compete as a collective and love to see each other win, and One Team, One Dream is one of the most shouted-out values in #values.
