Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: The Technical Project Management Co-op will support the Robotics team in firmware releases coordination, beta testing operations, and program data analysis. This role focuses on driving alignment, tracking execution, and ensuring visibility across interconnected workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment. You will partner with engineering, quality, product, and operations teams to help translate technical requirements into actionable plans, maintain program structure, and enable teams to deliver on time. You will also help organize tester feedback, coordinate issue follow-up, and turn technical and testing data into clear, actionable updates. The right individual will bring a strong “can do” mindset, thrive in ambiguity, and be energized by connecting the dots across systems, teams, and timelines.
