The opportunity ahead
As a Program Manager at Spotnana, you will lead implementations for organizations onboarding through our partnership with Direct Travel, from project kickoff through the successful launch of all contracted products and services. As part of our global Implementations team, you will coordinate across customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure each organization is successfully launched on the Spotnana Platform.

You will also play a key role in managing the customer relationship throughout the implementation, raising and escalating issues, gathering customer feedback, and submitting product requests as needed.

Your project management experience and corporate travel technology knowledge will help customers use the platform effectively from day one and realize the full value of their Spotnana investment.
