The Role

Storable is seeking a Senior Product Manager Technical to drive product strategy, technical development, and go-to-market execution across our growing portfolio of software products.

You'll combine strong technical judgment with a deep understanding of customer needs and business outcomes. Working closely with engineering, design, sales, and other cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex customer problems into scalable solutions and own products from initial concept through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Our Product organization supports a diverse set of platforms and experiences, with opportunities across Facility Management Systems, Payments, Insurance, Shared Platform Services, Websites and CRM, and Communications Features (e.g., voice calling, Twilio, etc.) Depending on your background, interests, and business needs, you'll be aligned with one or more of these product areas, helping build connected solutions that serve our customers and support Storable's broader technology ecosystem.

We're looking for a hands-on product leader who thrives in ambiguity, operates independently, and is equally comfortable discussing technical architecture with engineers and product value with customers.

What You'll Do

• Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, product data, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, evaluate architecture and design tradeoffs, and deliver scalable, reliable software products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and technical definition through development, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, pricing and packaging recommendations, sales enablement, and launch planning.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to understand needs, communicate product value, and support commercial opportunities.

We value our employees and want to ensure equity and fairness in compensation, which is why we include the salary range or hourly rate in each job posting. This range is a good-faith reflection of what Storable would pay for this role. The compensation we offer for this role will fall within this range and will be based on our internal budget, as well as your skills and experience. Please speak with your recruiter about the variable pay plan and earning potential for this role.
