Tecovas was founded with the simple goal of making the world's best western boots, apparel and leather goods - and selling them at a fair price. We are a brand revolutionizing a category and welcoming first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike.
Tecovas is looking for a Store Assortment Planner to help get the right assortment into every one of our stores. This role is part of our Planning & Allocation team, built to give each store an assortment that fits its space, its customer, and its potential. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Allocation, you'll partner closely with Merchandise Planning, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations, to grow the function as it expands from store assortments today to department and class planning at the store level tomorrow.

In-Season Assortment Management
- Monitor assortments door by door through the season, recommending and executing adjustments as performance, inventory, and store feedback evolve
- Turn assortment decisions from NPD checks, NSO reviews, and store checks into accurate updates in Invent.ai, our allocation and replenishment platform
Space, Floor & Store Partnership
- Partner with Visual Merchandising on space and floor planning so product placement and assortment decisions work together
- Conduct store reviews, including New Store Opening (NSO) reviews about 45 days after opening and an annual review of select stores, and recommend assortment changes based on what you find
