Senior Commercial Paralegal

Energetic and experienced Senior Commercial Paralegal will deliver high-quality services and work with other professionals on a fast-paced legal team. The individual must be self-directed with demonstrated professionalism and a true desire to develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and have the ability and judgment to manage end to end processes with little supervision. High energy, flexibility, confidence, integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality and the ability to interface with clients and co-workers in a professional, approachable, and positive manner are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides dedicated programmatic support for the TerraPower lawyers and will report to the Associate General Counsel.
• Prepares drafts of agreements and other documents and handles both routine and first line non-routine contract review in consultation with the TerraPower lawyers.
• Works collaboratively across various departments on contracts, including confidentiality agreements, to support business objectives and legal department’s goals.
• Provides end-to-end processes primarily for procurement contract reviews.

Job details

Salary Range: $110,015 - $142,877

*Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual’s qualifications experience. This range is specific to Washington State.
