This is a unique hybrid opportunity for someone who is early in their front-end engineering career and has hands-on IT and desktop support experience. You’ll contribute to modern headless ecommerce applications using JavaScript and work closely with senior engineers while also providing onsite technology support to employees at our New York office.

This role offers the opportunity to grow your frontend engineering career while using your existing IT support experience to make an immediate impact.

As Junior Frontend Engineer & Technology Support , you’ll

Frontend Engineering

• Build and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript/ES6+ and frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar.
• Contribute to fast, scalable, secure, and accessible headless ecommerce experiences.
• Work with senior engineers to understand system architecture, APIs, data structures, and how different systems communicate.
• Contribute to frontend performance, accessibility, security, and observability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow development standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming.
• Work with UX, CRO, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver new

nce with or exposure to React, Vue, or a similar frontend framework.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, and modern web development.
• Understanding of core programming concepts, including events, error handling, inheritance, and asynchronous programming.
• Awareness of web accessibility and WCAG principles.
• Interest in headless ecommerce, SSG, GraphQL, frontend performance, and modern web technologies.

About You

• You enjoy both building technology and helping people solve technology problems.
• You’re comfortable working with senior engineers, asking questions, learning new technologies, and sharing ideas. You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
• You’re also comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and you may need to move between frontend development and hands-on employee support.
