Walker Sands is one of the fastest-growing integrated B2B marketing agencies in the world. We are looking for a high-impact Influencer Relations Specialist to help fuel that continued growth. Total compensation for this role is expected to be between $48,000 and $50,000 per year.

Walker Sands is looking for a talented Influencer Relations Specialist to join our team in our Chicago office for a hybrid schedule, onsite 2 days a week. You will support the day-to-day work of influencer programs for our B2B clients.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Creator Discovery & Relationship Management

• Research and identify potential influencer partners, including content creators, industry practitioners, subject-matter experts, and other voices with influence among B2B audiences.
• Evaluate potential creators based on audience relevance, professional credibility, content quality, engagement, and previous brand partnerships.
• Develop creator shortlists and recommendations for review.
• Conduct initial outreach to creators and talent representatives to gauge interest, availability, rates, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate ongoing communications with creators and their representatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with creators to support current campaigns and potential future partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of creator contacts, rates, areas of expertise, campaign performance, and previous collaborations.

Campaign Execution & Coordination

• Support day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, including creator onboarding, briefing, content development, approvals, publishing and campaign wrap-up.
• Help prepare creator briefs outlining campaign objectives, key messages, deliverables, timelines and content requirements.
• Track creator deliverables, deadlines and approvals, following up proactively to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Coordinate feedback and revisions between creators, clients and internal teams.
• Review creator content against approved briefs, brand guidelines and advertising disclosure requirements.
• Support the contracting process by gathering necessary information, communicating requested changes and coordinating signatures.
• Provide on-site support for influencer activations at client events and conferences, including occasional travel as needed.

Reporting, Research & Collaboration

• Collect and organize creator content performance data.
• Help prepare campaign reports summarizing results, key takeaways, and opportunities for improvement.
