What you'll do
Outreach & Business Acquisition:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard women-owned businesses across India
• Drive registrations onto WECommunity - Build and maintain a certification pipeline

Certification Pipeline Development

• Guide businesses through certification journey
• Increase certification-ready and certified businesses
• Track pipeline progress

Business Growth & Capacity Building

• Deliver workshops, webinars, and mentoring
• Provide advisory support
• Strengthen business readiness

Ecosystem & Partnership Development

• Build partnerships with industry associations, incubators, financial institutions, and government agencies
• Expand outreach

Engagement & Market Linkages

• Promote participation in programs - Support connections to market opportunities

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain records of registrations and pipeline
• Track outcomes and success stories

• Monthly pipeline report

• Monthly performance report

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in business development or MSME ecosystem
• Strong network in India
• Experience with entrepreneurs preferred
• Project and stakeholder management experience
